I’m going to be posting the process of the next painting in the Handless Maiden series in this slideshow as I probably won’t have much time to blog about it! Handless Maiden/Doncella Manca Revolución Inacabada
The title doesn’t refer to the state of the painting – which is, at last,complete – but the stage in the maiden’s development in the story!
El titulo no se refiere al estado del cuadro – lo cual está terminado por fin – ¡pero a la etapa del desarollo en que se encuentra ahora La Doncella en el relato!

Time is closing in on me and forcing me to work more quickly and decisively – which can only be a good thing. I’ve learnt a lot over the previous four paintings and can put that into operation with this one which also helps to speed things up a bit.
